Where do I begin?

Let me begin with this statement: I'm not into this for the money.

As with most of my projects, the developer part of me wins, and I start the project to learn and master a new technology.

Back to the question, I've bought a Siemens TC35 terminal (a cell phone with a serial plug), and have developed a small service that can send and receive messages using the terminal. That part of the project is done.

Now I'm interested in having a web-site where I can ul/dl images to/from a cell-phone, so that when I take a neat photo with the phone, I can share it on the web-site, and my parents can download it if they want to.

How do I go about doing this?? Preferrably so that it is compatible with as many types of phones as possible (my mother has a Nokia, my sister a Motorola and my girl-friend a Sony-Ericsson).

Links or documents on "how-to" would be appriciated!!

you cant directly upload from a phone but you can send the pic via mms and use some script to extract the pic from mms and add it to somehere. I dont know if this will work tho
