Hi vickslee, welcome to Dev Shed.
I suppose there may be additional vulnerabilities for WAP based applications, but really they shouldn't be any more than normal web based applications. Perhaps neglect may cause more loopholes (ie typing on a phone is a PITA, so I won't check user input)... Don't really know, but if there are any stats - it would be good for all to see. If it is a particular application, I always find googling APPName vulnerabilities gives a bit of an insight. Is there anything in particular you are interested in?

WAP security attack
