No.

i wouldn't have thought iMode would support it,
and wap 1 if they still exist certainly don't.

You should consider using XHTML MP profile for mobiles anyway,
it is a slightly trimmed down version of XHTML and more suitable for hand-held devices.

especially Developer's home.

That has great information on (W)CSS.

http://dev.mobi is a great reference site too.
Although there does no seem to be too many activity in the areas I am particularly interested in -
there are some good forum contributions too!
