XML Feed for mobile and HTML entities.

Hi,

I am currently quering a database and building an xml feed to be queried by a mobile provider, usually when you look at the raw XML feed you would see all the html entities where they ae supposed to be e.g &lsquo, &rsquo, etc. which is fine if the final output is to be on a web page. However I wish to provide the XML doc as it would be represented to a user on a web page i.e. how a user would see the page without entity but the actual page. so instead of lets say   there would be a space etc.. what do yu recommend with regards to building a xml doc that a mobile provider would query..would the entities pose problems.. bearing in mind that not all the feed content would be english...
