Homework - 3d VIDEO element update

Hi,
There is a way to in a 3d video from a site, to update one element ( a logo or same kind of image ) in that video. making that element follow the camera movement and objects?
This is an ideia for a game site, that alows users to make personalize videos immediatly with some elemnts chosen in the site.
I dont know if i have to make some kind of passes in 3d max, that preserve the coordenates of objetcs or faces?!? or if i have to use flash or programing language.

You have to use flash programming language for creating these type of stuffs.
