My Site
Hi everyone...

I host a site on my machine at home that runs through a netgear firewall...

I have allowed access to port 80 on my webserver.

And it is working a treat.. but only for people outside of my router.

i.e all my friends can get to the and so can i at work, but when I try and browse it at home i cant access it.

anyone got any ideas.. if you need to try and access it.... http://www.pdaworld.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk ( that redirects to my webserver )

I do access by IP address and still it gets nothing, for some reason though when I type in the ip address.. it redirects to the actuall web address of the site.

the local Ip address, localhost, 127.0.0.1 all redirect to the external address

thanks for your help , but I have sorted this now, it was to do with what apache was classing as the localhost for some reason it thought local host was the external address of the site
