animated fx over an image program im trying to find
I used to have this program which you loaded up a picture in and it could do things like add animated rain drops, fish, ripple effects and all sorts over the top of the picture distorting it[as if from looking from above the picture] but making it look real and animated and i cant remember what you call the darn thing!
It was really handy for banners and logos to animate a still picture and could do many real time animated little effects making it look lively!!! Does anyone know of the program i am after or one similiar?

Was it a Java Applet -> try searching for ANFY , I think that will do what you want.
