auto send files from form?

I want to make some documents available to clients and would like to have them sent by email based on what they select on a form. Would it be possible to have a form with several checkbox's to choose from so they could select one or more docs they wish to receive. Then on the form they could enter thier email address, press send and it would send all pdf files that were selected to that email address.

I know it would be easier to just have them click on a link & download the files they wanted but I was just curious if this is possible?

You could manipulate this script so that it attaches files that are already stored on the server, rather than attaching the uploaded files.

Looks like from that other post it was not easy. I will pay someone to do this for me and will post it in the for hire forum.
