Automatic Currency Conversion on Site

I am trying to intergrate a currency converter on my site so that the user has an option of which currency to view products prices in. I need up to date currency rates.

Does any one know where I can get these or how this is implemented on a site? All I need is up to date information and i can update the rest myself.
