Building a web review forum like epinion
Folks,
My project requires building a web review forum, something similar to epinion within our intranet.(not a discussion forum) Our requirment is that this forum must be driven out of a database. I have some amount of experience in web application development. But this web forum is new to me. Please throw some light on which way to go about. We are pretty much allowed to choose any technology or tool that we want. Please share your experience. Thanks a zillion.

php and mysql would probably be the easiest/best choice...although i really wouldn't want to reinvent the wheel, but if you have to that'd be the way.
