Building an online magazine
Hi all,
What is the best method for developing a weekly online magazine? Is it best to keep all articles in a database or just to update the pages every week? A seperate directory for each week? Also, I have a drop down navagation bar that I don't want to have to update every week (ie, 'News' would point to /week1/news but for week2 it would need to be changed) Sorry I don't know how to explain my problem exactly but any help or advice is appreciated |

Where are you going to host? Namely do have access to PHP or ASP and a database?

In that case, then I would use a database. You can do the drop down list dynamically, so you don't have to change every page, when you do an update etc.
You should maybe now try the PHP forums and the web for snippets of code.. |
