Can anyone connect to this website?
I have been trying to connect to www.kwekkeboom.ca and it says page is not available. I have emailed the owner of the site and he says that it is available, and even friends can go to it, why can't I?

If you've made multiple repeat requests in a short time (e.g. hitting refresh allot when it doesn't load) the site (or server) may think of this as a hack attack and ban your IP.
