Let's assume Photoshophere, shall we?
1. select a circle 2. fill it with white 3.deselect 4.Filters>Distort>Polar Coordinates- Polar to Rectangular 5.Image>Rotate Canvas>90 deg. CW 6.Filters>Stylize>Wind 7....and play with it a little bit... 8.Image>Rotate Canvas>90 deg. CCW 9.Filters>Distort>Polar Coordinates- Rectangular to Polar 10. Try duplicating the layer and playing with it.. something like that? |
