Hallo everybody.

I'm building a new site and I need your comment on graphics, the header, the menu, colors, layout and just about everything.
Do you think I should use bgcolor in the text layer?

Dark blue mouseovers on a dark blue background isn't a good idea.

Overall I thought it looks good. My only recommedation would be to decrease the width of the site and maybe use a lighter background color, the backgound gif although asthetically pleasing can cause a bit of eye strain if you look at it for too long.

If you need an idea of how not to design web pages, have a look at this site, pretty funny stuff.

^^I agree with that. You should use a backgrounf image that is similar to the navigation part and your banner at the top. Don't make it too busy, but you want a good theme for the site.
