I'm trying to create a picutre collage.
I have never done anything like this before, can you help start me off please.

I have Adobe Photoshop 5.5 and Imaging, Is there any particular program I should be using.

Hmmm...I don't know of a particular program that does it, but then I'm an amatuer, maybe the pros have some programs they use:
