One of the hardest things about web design, for me, is picking my color scheme...
Randomly change RGB values in HTML text... Trying to find the proper color in Adobe Photoshop... etc... All of this is too much work. Are there any programs that help me out in this area? Even once I find a color I like, to find complementary colors (same shade, complementary, etc.) is very hard... It would be awesome if I could have a program that would give me exactly what I am looking for. ... If not, any ideas oh how to do this? ![]() |

It's not exactly a program, but it's helped me in the past:

This is an online tool which I constantly refer to for choosing colors:

if you really want the shizznit of online color pickers use this:
http://dev.sessions.edu/ilu/ilu_1.html color schemer rocks because it has an eyedropper tool... basically you click on it and you can click on any color on your computer screen and it will give you the HTML color code. |

It is cool, but complemantary colors just never seem to work well together.
