combining xml,php,and html

i need help combining php, html, and xml. if it can be done. i am desinging the menus in xml, and including everything using he require() function in php and putting it all together in an html table. or at least thats what i would like to do. well the menus are svg.

question

how do you get svg to show up when using the require() function in php? thats what im having problems with. the menus are made in svg and when i call the *.svg file it only shows the text and none of the buttons i have created out of svg. any ideas on how to correct this?

I am not really sure where you are trying to do and also, I haven't done anything with svg. In a quick Google search, the second link listed shows how to render an svg file if this is what you are looking for.
