Could someone AIM/MSN me to give me some help on frames?

Well i've tried this over and over. Im currently using homestead to make my webpage and I am having trouble displaying an external frame inside my page.
My website
www.TriCityHomesAndRealty.com

I am going to have an external site which the visitor searchs for house listing state wide. Basicly. I want the user to click on a link and have the top part navagation part still being displayed. I am able to edit the external link so it looks like my page.

I've tried emailing tech support but they just give me links to pages that generate frames. I am unable to figure out how to implement frames in homestead.

Couple weeks ago i played forum tag for about a week on here and was still unable to get it to work. Would someone PLEASE help me. Preferably someone with expernice with frames and homestead. Thanks
