Creating a flowchart for user experience
I want to create a flowchart to describe the user experience as she navigates a website. I've done a Google search, and so far I've seen:
use a diamond shape for decisions (yes/no)
use a rectangle for results
use a rectangular oval for termination of process
----
Is there a standard for creating such flowcharts? I don't have Visio, I'm just using MS Word to make the diagram.
