custom text resizing buttons - a solution?
as people will know, setting pixel sizes for text will only stop resizing in Internet Explorer, not Mozilla, which will resize text regardless of pixel definitions. Does anyone know a way I can prevent Mozilla from doing this? I have created a site (I am only a beginner!), using CSS and pixel text sizes, but Mozilla resizing causes the various text elements/<divs> to float over each other when enlarged. If I could turn this off, and offer an alternative enlarged version as a link on each page, it would stop me from having to redesign the whole site! Does anyone have any opinions on providing "custom text resizing buttons"? Are there any articles on this topic? Is it bad/good practice? I feel it could be a good idea as some people may not know about the browser resizing options, and also it could mean less hassle in designing sites!
