Dreamweaver: Apache Web and Application servers
Hello!
I am trying to start an JSP example with Dreamweaver. To my understanding, I need to have both: web, and application server running in order to use Data Live option under Dreamweaver to function properly, as well as to display accessed database data in my browser. .... Sounds almost easy, except, I am not sure how to configure my application server. I was able to get realtively easy my web server (both from Apache, for application server it is Tomcat ver. 5) installed and running - it display withough any problems static pages, but dynamic stuff is not working! In fact the browser displays my server side's code - so I know the application server is 'dead'. Can anybody give me some hints how to set it all so it works? thank you. |

You may want to check out the Apache forums here, and see if there are any references to setting up Java. Also, of course, www.apache.org for more details.
