E-mails that are actually web sites...how to?

More and more, I am getting these emails that are actually
web sites. They even open up in the Outlook preview box.
What is this technique called and where do I go to learn how to make my own, please.
Thanks....Ed

Hey, Executive:
I've tried simple coding an email and get no results, other than working hyperlinks.
Thanks,
