Flash Drawings

I'm looking to draw a simple vector line in flash (ie, start co-ords, end co-ords) but can't seem to be able to do it . At the moment we have a movie clip that we re-size and rotate but it's not ideal.

Regards
Gavin

Could you be a little bit more specific.. you said start co-ordinates and end co-ordinates, what do you mean? What version of Flash are you using? Do you have any other vector programs?

Well, by start co-ordinates I mean the x,y position of one end of the line and by end co-ordinates I mean the x,y position of the other end. By x,y position I mean the the distance from the left hand side of the page in the X axis (x) and also the distance from the top of the page in the Y axis (y). Hope that's a little bit clearer.

I'm at present using Flash 5 to do the authoring. The generation of the line needs to be done at runtime and not at production time as the values will be picked up from either a script or a text file. Not sure what you mean by another vector program....

Cheers
Gav
