Unhappy floating roll over menus
hi... was just wondering if anyone know how to create a floating menu when a mouse cursor is rolled over it...

don't know what I mean?

Please go to www.ninemsn.com.au and roll over the options on the left-hand menu... that's what I'm talking about!
