my webhosting service, gives you a free domain for any hosting, plan you purchase, the only problem is, anything besides the basic one, you havta pay for the full plan you can't pay monthly. the only monthly one you can pay for is the cheapest one. i believe hostdime.com gives you a free domain. But if you looking for a free domain, i dont think thats going to happen, scince offical domains cost ICANN fees, that means domain providers are going to make you pay aswell. the only free domains that i know of is the .tk domains Mydot.tk

if you have a machine available you can host it your self.

zoneedit.com can provide the ddns you just need to register the domain name
