Help for a newb
Okay, I work in computers as a programmer but never touch anything with GUI so I am clueless about this malarky.
I need to hit the road running and develop a club web site quickly, I have access to Frontpage 4 on my machine but I want a more interactive site rather than a plain page. I also have access to Fireworks (or whichever one it is in the suite) but have no idea how to use it as the link to tutorials does not seem to work. How is best to learn this stuff quickly as have a 7 week old son and not too much time on my hands at the moment. The same goes for graphics Any resources you can mention will be much appreciated |

to build a basic site with buttons/rollover buttons/graphics image maps isnt that hard
i wouldnt advise using frontpage as i putsin a lot of pointless code and isnt the best thing to create an interactive site but if thats the program you have then i suppose it is useable heres a couple of links for frontpage: http://www.adamssite.com/tutorials/FrontPage/ http://www.katsueydesignworks.com/f...e_tutorials.htm as for the graphics, im new to that and have used paint shop pro for about 3 years which i like, i also had a practice with fireworks and photoshop and decided photoshop was the easiest to use but im still finding it very hard to use compared to paint shop pro anyway hope they help a bit
