What exactly do you mean?

If anyone can have access to download the page, get an FTP client and upload it to your website, then create a page with a link to the document on it.

Duh!!!!
Thanks....I am sorry, cos I have not done it B4 i didnot think to do it!

Can you tell me, I want to create good headings for my websites and I have Photoshop elements.

What I would like to do is create the image so tha the back ground goes around the image, think its call transparencey?

But I am having no luck!

Can you recommend a good software as I dont like the above.
