help with strategy on site re-design?
ok the site in question is this:
each page seems to be different. At the moment it is build on old school way with no recent technologies or CMS and I have been given a task of changing text copy by client. I was wondering if I re-did this website in WordPress or something so in future they could do copy changes themselves but the problem is each page seems to be different with different side bar text
So i was wondering on a strategy to create this site in WordPress or similar?

You will find many WordPress paid and free themes that can be used for redesigning your website. Select a theme that enables you to add large images so that the website looks more impressive. Also, it is important to add some more information to make the content useful for the readers.

Unfortunately, the creative process used by marketing departments don’t consider the risk they create.
To understand your risk, think about the number of changes you make during a redesign. Multiply that by the depth of change for each element. Imagine for a moment the list of changes proposed during a creative meeting.

We considered these 4 factors in establishing a strategy:
What is the purpose of the redesign and what are the measurable outcome(s)?
What is the message and unique value proposition?
Define Buyer and Design Persona
Who is the defined target audience? How do you want them to perceive you?
Who are the top-ranked competitors and how do we distinguish ourselves?

We had run split tests on different web elements in the past so we had a good idea of what does and doesn’t work in driving visitors and conversions, but this effort was an ardent undertaking. We needed a clear strategy and plan before we jumped into the design process.Like Determine Goal
What is the purpose of the redesign and what are the measurable outcome(s)? and more other factors? Can you discuss about it
