Help with Photoshop Color Picker

I installed Photoshop 6.0 and now when clicking on the foreground or background color I do not get the Color Picker where I can select a variety of HEX or RGB colors. All that displays is the "Color" window where I can select basic colors or add custom colors. Not the Color Picker I am accustomed to using. How do I turn this option on?
