HELP with scrollbar PLEASE!

Okay, here's my website I'm working on: http://www.angelfire.com/mn3/sotaskate/
What I want is just simply to have the table cell that contains the daily entry blog thing to be scrollable, otherwise everytime I make an entry, the table just keeps growing and making white space for the picture in the cell next to it. You can view the source to see the coding behind it, I just REALLY need to know how to make that cell scrollable please! Kind of like this website: http://www.platinumseagulls.com
Thanks in advanced, any ideas besides the coding would be appreciated too.

The First Rule

There's no how to in the world better than simply looking at "view source" in your browser.

Want to know how someone did something in a particular web site? Most of the time, you just need to look at the source code.

In this case, it's some simple iframes, which are set up as plain as the nose on my face. Look at the code, and figure out how to apply his solution to your dilemma. I draw the line at actually stealing code, but in 99% of cases it doesn't specifically apply anyway. You have to spend just as much time tweaking and changing as you would writing it from scratch.

One word of advice, though. Before you implement a solution you're unfamiliar with, spend some time doing some research on how it works and what browsers support it.

yeap, that would help by a simple iframe. And as a comment, don't use black background as your background colors. You have tons of Java to slow down your page load speed already, and black do slow again. If you need any web design, give me a PM

Just a comment
