Question Hiding the Scrollbars?

How do i stop the Internet explorer scrollbars from being displayed??

i know i can have a frames page and set the frame to scrollbars=no. however im doing a site for a kiosk which is not framed, im runing IE with the -k switch which is cool but the scroll bar is still there! arrgh! id rather find a way to avoid speccifying a framed setup, perhaps a reg hack? or a nifty java script to sit at the top of the page!?

cheers for any help.

rich.
