How can I Chmod folders?

How can I CHMOD my folders? All of my folders have permissions set to 755 and I need to change them to 777, can anyone tell me how to do this?

I was told that using an ftp client (I use aceFTP), when I right click I should be able to do it, but its not the case. I tried that but it does not give me the menu to change the folder permission. Please advise.

Thanks

Try a different FTP client perhaps. I use CuteFTP and when I right-click folders, I get a CHMOD option from where I can change the permissions.
