ok first thing, im not very experiencd with web design. and im not sure if this is even the right board to ask, so please be patient.

ok i just opened my second site, www.arkansasoffroad.com and im wanting to have a section called "members rides" where people can upload their pic of their vehicle and details about it and it will update automatically. is this possible? if it helps i use hasweb.com for hosting and have the average plan

Well your server supports PHP, so you could easily create (or find) a script which allows you to upload photographs. If you're not experienced with PHP, you'll find lots of help for this type of stuff on Google.
