How can I make a site like this?

I want to make a site like this

I really like the way It presents the information on cars, and when you click on a car you get more information and the ability to email the owner, you can also sort the cars how you like eg. by year/cost. Ide like to have the same features it has; users can add their car by filling out a form or an admin can add more cars.
Could someone advise me on what programs were used to make this site as ide really like to make one just like it, or can i buy it like i would a shopping cart software package?

you are going to need databases, good programming knowledge and the such. it'll be a long job...

To get web like that , you'll need more than software.
What you need is people who knows this staff. Its a lot of work to be done.

I had a look at the site and agree with the other posters, looks like about 400 hours work or so to make from scratch but is simple enough to do, just got to do the work. $20.00 an hour would mean that it would cost you about $8000 in total to get it all up and running by the time you are finished, and then you got to be sure that you have the content to put in it in the first place, i you havent got the stock then there is no point designing the site like this to look empty he he
