I have our company logo as a .gif. Some one wanted it in a .tif format. How can I create this? I have photoshop5.5.
I printed this image in color printer and then scanned it. And saved it as .tif. But they are not satisfied. Even when I printed it out it was not smooth. Pixelating. Is there a way to convert a gif to tif in photoshop?

Open your .gif file and use:

File > Save a Copy

Choose TIFF in the 'Save as' combo...

That's all there is to this problem

You can use the trace function in illustrator or freehand and make the gif file into vector graphic and export it as tiff.
