How to include banners in my free hosted sites.
I want to know how to automatically include my banner at the top of all pages in certain webs which I host. I know I can just give the person a img/hyperlink tag for my banner to input on their website, but I don't want this. I want the banner to automatically be inserted into the top of their website so i don't have to check my sites to make sure they are following the rules. (This will be used for free hosting sites).

What about using PHP's auto_prepend_file function.
Not sure whether it would work with non-php files though.
