how to open .mmp and .CAD files?

Hi guys!
My boss gave me two files with extension .MMP and .CAD. I tried to open with CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Autocad, but none of these softwares recognize the graphic phormat. Any help in this regard shall be appreciated.
