Integrating CMS
Did a basic website for a client a few years back.

Of late they have been updating quite a bit and in current format, this is time consuming.

Is there a decent CMS system that I can incorporate into the site without changing the layout and look and feel of the existing site?

I'd probably recommend the following:

CMS Made Simple - http://www.cmsmadesimple.org/
Wordpress - http://wordpress.org/

Although Wordpress is strictly speaking a blog it is also an excellent CMS with lots of add-ons. The above 2 are probably easier/more simple than others, such as Drupal, Mambo, Joomla which are probably enterprise level CMS's.
