A little more information, what do you mean by Instant Approval? Do you mean you can start adding articles as soon as you make the account?

Did you use Wordpress before?
You can submit articles for your own blog.
As far as know, other websites need to moderate the article you submitted to ensure you are not submitting any spamming articles.

Have a look at the Panda update of the Google which is going to seriously hurt even top article sites like ezines and others. Instant article approval sites may not have reputation

I agree with you, Jameer! Article directories that have moderators are more important now. Keep in mind that SEO needs time and long term rankings will rely on quality of content not quantity. Instant approval sites may harm your sites sometimes.
