Dreamweaver is pretty expensive, but its a good prize-quality ya got there.
The cheapest way to design websites is learning HTML or better XHTML and just use your good old notepad.
Doesn't cost a thing, maybe 25$ to buy a book bout HTML to get ya started.

good luck with it

dreamweaver does have a trial version though, maybe your school has a liscence to give you a home version. Students and people who are using it for educational purposes alone, sometimes get a break on pricing. Not that I condone it, but when I was your age, I just "found" a copy online.

Conway you could use a free trial copy of HOT DOG Juniour from sausage.com. Hot Dog itself is a nice editor and I heard Junior is good for kids and has an unlimited trial period with some restrictions?

dreamweaver is one of the industies leading web development tools

that said it is NOT free. in fact the newest version MX 2004 runs for about $400

they do have a trial version that you should check out if you re interested but it will tease you because its only for 30 days

might be able to get a discounted version if you re a student but its stil is expensive

anyway best of luck
rock on!!
