Are you going to be using PHP / MySQL ?
If you are, you could write your pages so that links, for example, are written like ../ and not server.com/ etc. then if you do file uploads through a web page, upload to 2 servers using php ftp functions. Same with pages if you have a content management system type thing - when you do a page update - update to 2 databases. Alternatively, you run "cron jobs" every so often to download all the new material from one site then upload it to the new one ( again this can be done in PHP) but things like WGET (I think) are programs that can do that kind of stuff. Hope that makes sense - need more info, just ask ![]()
