Lightbulb Mulitple Data input by user.
Well i want the user to enter a number of telephone addesses and Location addresses (there can be any number of them).

(there are some other fields in the form also)

Web Designers! what will be the most user friendly way to take such input form the user.

Well the data is to be process by PHP script. So if any other solution that can go along with PHP please do tell them also.
