My first site...images aren't preloading...please help :)

Hello,
I'm glad to have come across forums like this. I just built my first website, www.nebraskasky.com... and don't know much about script or pasting code etc. I built this site to display my photography portfolio. I have two little issues.
The first main problem is on my home page...that my main sky image doesn't come up until you mouseover it...so it looks dumb with just a white box and red X. The same thing happens when you click to view my gallery...no pretty pic unless you mouseover it. I added the behavior "preload image" to the sky...but it doesn't work.
I'm a bit frustrated because it is probably something really simple that a skilled web designer could tell me in two minutes.
So, if anyone could give me a few words of wisdom, I would appreciate it.
The second main problem that I am having is at the end of my flash slideshows...I have a stop action applied and a "get url" action applied...but when I type in the absolute url....it doesn't go where it is supposed to. (The page can't be found error comes up.) At the end of my slideshow I want it to go back to my gallery page. Am I supposed to add other stuff besides my url there?
I would appreciate any help that you could give. (Please be forewarned that I am no techie...so please explain on a simplistic level.) Thanks a ton.

The image location is first set to this address which produces a 404 error. Try checking this path.

Thanks for responding Edwin. Yes, it looks like my image was trying to link through a non-existent path. I have tried to change the path to a workable one...but it still doesn't seem to be working. Thanks for the info. Andrea

You seem to have changed the image URL to http://www.nebraskasky.com/Templates/zrollovergallery.jpg now. My browser returns a 404 error for that location too.

You're also preloading some images on the body tag. As far as I can see, the following also return 404 errors:
