need help please about to tear hair out :S

i am creating a web site for my cs clan and i was told that usinf flash buttons and iframes dont make gd websites...

fair enough flash buttons begone. but......

i want the content to load in page from a nav bar i.e in an iframe. but having been told that iframe dont make good webbys can some one please tell me an alternative to using iframes and not loading the whole page again from the link.

i dont care in what its done cus if i dont know the language (php etc) i will learn it

CSS or Javascript can accomplish this. But, you must have a site that's pretty graphics intensive for you to go to that much trouble just so the page won't load again. For a CS clan, I would suggest using Flash buttons, you want to wow your audience with a clan site and google is more friendly to Flash nowadays.
