Hi
I have been asked to do a research on storing documents in the database and citing them online. I've done a bit of research and have only came across sites that talks about citing documents online, but I need more detail. What kind of database do I need? How can I let a user search for a document(using the date, title, etc)? How can I store a document in a database? Which is the best style to use for citing financial documents? Can I use mysql and php?? Can you also send me links to more information? Much appreciated. |

Yes, you can use MySQL and PHP.. and MySQL would be your database. // Also wanted to add as a piece of advice: If you want to ask a question and get an answer on forums like these.. NEVER say it is for a research paper. // I have seen this mistake made on many forums and it's a sure way to never get a reply, as nobody wants to help you with your homework. // Please do not be offended by this, but understand that I am just stating the way it is.. and trying to help you out some.
