open source php estimation for autos?

Hi there.

I've been looking around all night for an opensouce project that would allow me to setup an estimation system on a Mechanics Website which would allow visitors to in a few clicks get an estimate for thier repair.

I don't expect to find anything out of the box ready to go or anything.. While I haven't been able to find it, I was wondering if anyone else had seen something like this in thier travels? How about an application that could be adapted to fit ?

I appreciate the extra eyes..
