Every new image i open has a border around the bottom & right edge the same width as as the ruler.
Anyone else have this problem, is it a ps7 or windows display problem. |

Try getting rid of the ruler (Ctrl+R) and then restarting Photoshop. See what that does...

I have the same problem here. I don't know if this would be on PS7 or a Windows Problem. But I had this one when I installed it under Win2kPro. Under Win98 and XP it's ok. Maybe there's a preference solution for this one. Hope someone could help on this.
