Photoshop to Dreamweaver

Hi,

I was wondering whether anyone knew of any good online Dreamweaver tutorials (preferably free) especially ones that combine the use of Photoshop and Dreamweaver.

I've sliced up the webpage that I made in Photoshop but now don't have a clue how to assign the buttons and fill in the varying content. Do I have to make a new page with the same template for every page? Also, what if I need a scroll bar?

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!
