please help- site is fine in explorer not in safari
I have no clue how to fix this. I have a site up that works fine on both pc and mac in explorer, however when mac users look at it in safari everything is all screwed up, but not every page, and some of them actually got better- I didn't change anything. I work on a pc so I am at a loss. Site was built in dreamweaver. If anyone could tell me what I srewed and what I may be able to fix so that it looks good in all browsers, I would greatly appreciate it. The site is: www.westernstatesfarriers.org

Let me guess - when you were making the site you were testing it primarily in IE, right? I don't have a mac handy right now but the advice I can give you is - try out the site in as many windows-operating browsers as you can get your hands on. When it looks good (or at least tolerabe) in all of them, then check it out in safari.
A guy told me that if I want my formatting to look the same in all browsers I should do it all through css. Haven't had the opportunity to try it out yet, I will in my next project, but you may give it a try now if you feel like it. |
