Pop UPS
Hallo guy's i want to ask that
A website using pop up based ads when a user to go that wesite ans exits it get the pop up but if he install pop up blocks software etc. then the pop up was bocked. the question is that this blocked
pop up also counts to the affiliated site.

Oh, are you asking about counters? As in does the popup add to a site counter? If thats your question then I was under the impression that counters only count how many times a specific page is loaded.

I don't think the popup would count towards the affiliated site, because popup blockers stop the popup page from loading completely, AFAIK.
